    You Sunderland fans amaze me. Well done all of yiz. You’ve kept the faith and supported your team through thick and thin and placed your trust in an untested manager.
    From second from bottom to second off top is no mean feat and deserves the applause I hope it’s going to get. Keane, Quinn, the players and all the staff really have pulled a rabbit out of a hat on this one.
    Here’s to next season and Premiership.

    A quite remarkable achievement to get promotion this season all things considered.Roy Keane,Niall Quinn and the players take a bow as what you did in transforming a season which at one time looked to be another horror story into one of the most memorable seasons in living memory.
    The Burnley game on Friday night was as exciting a game I have ever witnessed .It is a pity we didn’t clinch promotion at that game but I’ll accept what we have now !!
    All through the second half of the season we got better and stronger with every game. Can’t wait for August now.Well done to all at the club.
