Jake: 'the doubt has currently been removed - defo no prize'

Jake: this time you definitely won’t. Unless…..

John McCormick writes: Rodney Marsh had moved from QPR by the time I went to live in London but they were still a club to admire.

Panache, perhaps, would be the word that best fitted them as they came close, oh, so close, to winning the League, and how we neutrals wanted them to.

hero to villain last time at Spurs

Will he recover from his mystery illness and score the winner?

Today, though, they’re just another ex-premiership team, struggling to stabilise in the championship and, like us, hoping to shrug off a narrow defeat to a high flying team over the weekend.

Will they? Or, as this week’s guest, John Crowley, thinks, will we continue our cup success (such as it is)? John thinks we’ll win 2-1, which I also think is possible, but as neither of us are eligible for the non-mug someone else can have that score, or indeed any other.

Now’s your chance to give us your opinion and to not win a mug (unless M Salut decides otherwise).  Predictions, indeed any posts, from first-time contributors are held for moderation but we will know when they were sent.  No-one got the Spurs result right, or the Everton game which preceded it, so it’s odds on someone will win the non-mug and it could be you

So as I said last time, Be brave, be positive, be a winner! qpraway

Depends on how much the team is changed.
A confidence boosting 2-0 to the lads.

We need to score 7 to shut the mags up , but I’ll settle for 0 – 0 with a win on pens eventually.

If it goes to penalties, I’d back Jordan Pickford against most [ but will he play? ]

3-2 to the lads, although I suspect Eric may be correct.

The Lads to win 3-1 and the start of a winning run.
